When our graduates complete the Holistic Sleep Coaching Programme, we encourage them to support their first families for free, or at a heavily subsidised rate. This is not a compromise on quality. It is how a great professional builds a great practice.

Subsidised means the coach charges a reduced rate, agreed directly between you and the coach. Babyem does not set or contribute to pricing.

Is a newly qualified coach as capable as an experienced one?
All our coaches have been through the same programme of training and development, and newly qualified coaches receive regular supervision as they build their practice. What a newer coach may have less of is direct client experience — though many bring rich and diverse life or career backgrounds that inform how they work with families.

What a placement builds is exactly that practical experience: real families, real situations, real outcomes. Their training is current, their motivation is high, and their investment in getting this right is significant.
A written testimonial. That is the core ask, and it matters enormously to a newly qualified coach building their practice.

These coaches have invested significant time, money and effort completing the full Holistic Sleep Coaching Programme. They have studied hundreds of hours of clinical sleep science, infant development, responsive parenting approaches, and complex case work. When they take on a placement family, they give that family the same preparation, care and professional attention they would give a paying client.

In return, a genuine testimonial — honest about your experience, what you found helpful, and how the support affected your family — is what allows them to build a credible practice.

There is no obligation to continue. If the arrangement is not right for your family, you can end it at any point. We encourage all families to be honest about this. It is the best outcome for everyone, including the coach.

No. Babyem verifies training completion and documentary compliance. All arrangements are made directly between you and the coach. We do not mediate, supervise, or manage the support relationship.
Coaches update their own availability. We ask all listed professionals to review their status monthly. If a coach has filled their placements, they will update or remove their listing. If you contact someone who is no longer available, please let us know.
