Why This Course Exists

You don't want a method to follow.
You want to learn how to think.

  • You're uncomfortable with non-responsive behavioural sleep training
  • You want deeper clinical understanding, not scripts
  • You're tired of simplistic advice that collapses in complex cases
  • You want to be taken seriously as a professional
  • You want to build a sustainable, values-led practice

"Holistic sleep coaching is not behavioural training made gentler. It is a multidisciplinary, evidence-led framework."

This programme does not give you a checklist. It develops your ability to think. And that changes everything.

If you've completed other sleep training but still feel gaps – especially with complex cases, feeding integration, temperament,  mental health or neurodivergence – this provides the clinical framework your first training lacked.

What Sets This Programme Apart

Evidence-based, gentle, holistic

01

Evidence Appraisal & Applied Sleep Biology

Interpret research confidently, understand applied sleep biology, and assess multifactorial cases using structured clinical reasoning.

02

Structured Clinical Reasoning for Complex Cases

Consider feeding, development, mental health, temperament, neurodiversity, sensory processing, and family context as part of integrated assessment.

03

Clear Professional Scope & Sustainable Practice

Practise within clear scope, communicate confidently, and be seen as an evidence-led professional with a thriving practice.

What This Training Enables You To Do

By the end of this programme, you will be able to:

A professional framework for thinking, assessing, and practising with integrity.

This means that after any sleep course, you could technically call yourself a sleep coach, sleep consultant, sleep nanny, or similar.

The benefit of completing the Holistic Sleep Coaching Program is that students can complete an in-training program, which is delivered by leading specialists in the field. This enables students to feel confident that they are receiving the best possible information and guidance that will help them in their work supporting families.

The accreditation through OCN enables students to feel confident that teaching and marking standards are upheld through the rigorous internal and external verification process.
Short answer: yes. You can log in and out of the course at any time, and you will see a mixture of written content, videos, and quizzes. You can download a copy of the course and even listen to it on the go.

All the coaching call sessions are recorded and made available after 24 hours, so if you miss anything, you will be able to catch up.

There is no attendance element to this course, so no travel time to account for, no childcare, and no additional expenses.
