Questions

Answered honestly.

Everything you need to know before choosing a sleep coach.

What makes an HSCP certified coach different?
The Holistic Sleep Coaching Programme is built on clinical sleep science, responsive parenting approaches, and complex case reasoning — not scripts or behaviour-only methods. HSCP coaches are trained to work with the whole family.
No. Most sleep coaching is delivered entirely online — video calls, written sleep plans, and ongoing support by message. If you want in-person or home visits, use the location filter.
Look at their specialisms and the age range they work with. Most coaches offer a free initial call — use it to find someone you connect with. All have completed the same full programme.
A sleep plan is a one-off written document tailored to your family. Ongoing support means continued check-ins, troubleshooting, and adjustments over weeks. Both are valid — it depends on what level of support you need.
Yes — through our placement coaches. These are newly qualified HSCP graduates who are building their practice and offering free or heavily subsidised support to their first families.

Are you an HSCP graduate?
Get listed.

HSCP graduates can apply to be listed in this directory. Your profile puts you in front of families actively looking for a qualified sleep coach — as part of the wider Babyem professional ecosystem.

Newly qualified? The placement page is designed specifically to help you get your first families while you build your practice.

What being listed gives you

  • Your own profile page with specialisms, how you work, and direct contact link
  • Visibility to parents searching for HSCP certified coaches
  • Problem-based search — parents find you by the challenges you specialise in
  • Part of the Babyem professional directory — a credential parents recognise
  • Separate placement page for newly qualified coaches

Professionals listed operate independently. The Holistic Sleep Coaching Programme provides training only and does not offer sleep consulting services. All arrangements are made directly between families and professionals. Experience levels are self-declared and not independently verified by Babyem.
