If You're Feeling This...

You're uncomfortable with behaviour-first sleep models.

You want deeper clinical understanding, not scripts.

You're tired of simplistic advice that collapses in complex cases.

You want to be taken seriously as a professional.

You want to build a sustainable, values-led practice.

And maybe you're also feeling:

Paralyzed between staying safe and pursuing what matters to you.

Like a fraud when complex cases expose gaps you didn't know existed.

Exhausted by investing in training that still leaves you uncertain.

You don't want a method to follow.

You want to learn how to think.

What Sets This Programme Apart

Holistic sleep coaching is not behavioural training made gentler. It is a multidisciplinary, evidence-led framework.

This programme develops:

Evidence appraisal and applied sleep biology

Structured clinical reasoning for complex cases

Clear professional scope and sustainable practice

Already Practicing?

If you've completed other sleep training but still feel gaps, especially with complex cases, feeding integration, or neurodiversity, this programme provides the clinical framework your first training lacked.

We don't teach techniques. We teach you how to think.

Watch This Before You Apply

Over the past 7 years, we've trained over 700 professionals. And the ones who thrive here all have something in common - it's not their credentials, and it's not their years of experience. It's their hunger for depth over quick fixes.

Watch before you apply

In this video, we share:

Why most sleep training falls apart with complex cases
How this programme is different from anything else available
What kind of practitioner genuinely benefits from this approach

What This Training Enables You To Do

Holistic sleep coaching is not a method. It is a professional framework for thinking, assessing, and practising with integrity.

By the end of this programme, you will be able to:

01

Navigate Complex Infant Sleep With Clinical Clarity

Interpret research confidently, understand applied sleep biology, and assess multifactorial cases using structured clinical reasoning.

02

Integrate Multidisciplinary Knowledge Into Practice

Consider feeding, development, mental health, neurodiversity, sensory processing, and family context as part of integrated assessment.

03

Develop a Recognised Specialist Identity

Practise within clear scope, communicate confidently, and be seen as an evidence-led professional.

04

Build an Ethical, Sustainable Practice

Establish boundaries, protect your wellbeing, and build positioning, packages, and systems for long-term success.

This programme does not give you a checklist. It develops your ability to think.

And that changes everything.

Why This Requires a
Different Kind of Training

Infant sleep is shaped by biology, feeding, development, maternal mental health, neurodiversity, environment, and family dynamics - interacting together.

When sleep is reduced to technique alone, practitioners manage symptoms rather than systems.

Depth

takes time.

Confidence

takes supervision.

Professional identity

takes formation.

You already know this. That's why you're here.

And you cannot get this from a weekend certification.

Currently, there is no set industry 'qualification' that qualifies you to be a sleep consultant. This means that after any sleep course, you could technically call yourself a sleep coach, sleep consultant, sleep nanny, or similar. This enables students to feel confident that they are receiving the best possible information and guidance that will help them in their work supporting families. The accreditation through OCN enables students to feel confident that teaching and marking standards are upheld through the rigorous internal and external verification process.

This is an investment (financial and of your time and attention), and you will feel more comfortable taking this step to elevate your practice with full support.
