The short course every family completes before hosting a placement. Five lessons and a knowledge check: what the scheme is and isn't, what you cover, the board and getting in touch, agreeing the placement, and what happens during, after, and with the reference. When you've passed, you book your call with Babyem, pay the one-off £15, and the Candidate board opens.

The day-one and 7pm check-ins, who to contact and when, and the reference: ten questions, three minutes, within seven days.
